Responsive Web App w/Geo Locational Services

Urbanite is a concept for a responsive web app w/geo locational services. It allows its users to create an account, save key information, share preferences with a partner as well as search commerce in specific areas. For this responsive web app I designed 3 responsive screen sizes, created an initial mood board + pulled inspirational imagery, color schemes and typography. 3 user personas were created based off of the target user. A competitive market analysis based off of the top 3 competing sites was conducted, giving Urbanite’s design a competitive edge. There was a clear MPV/JTBD identified during the initial development stages. User testing was conducted early and frequently throughout the design process, allowing me to easily implement changes when needed, while still in the development phase. Flow charts ranging from low-fidelity to mid-fidelity and eventually high-fidelity were created and used. A complete style guide, as well as a components sheet was created. UX patterns were identified and implemented allowing the user to easily engage and navigate the site. Visuals were sourced to uphold the brands identity and persona. Final mock-ups were created and presented in a finale handoff encompassing every step of the process.
